“Below are the points, I felt below expectations from my recent stay; 1. I paid around 2000 INR per night looking at they have room with windows, I found the room with no window, which made me feel suffocating. You can see the glass building, but the rooms are in middle part of the commercial building. You will be scammed if you expect the view. 2. Poor Maintenance & amenities: Bathroom shower was broken, mirror was displaced, TV wasn't working, no toilet paper in the bathroom. 3. No hospitality: The manager (Care taker) was very rude (He was literally threatening the customer with raised voice) while dealing with an issue, which could be dealt in polite and humble way. I don't know how the owner has assigned that person to manage his business. Apart from that the location is great specially for transit stays as the hotel is close to airport, however there are other several hotels provide better facilities in more affordable price. Someone might consider of other lackings if at least the service is hospitable, so I can't recommend it.”
