“It's a nice place to stay in Park street area. Only drawback is the entrance of the property is through a shabby passage at the backside of the building, may not be appealing. However rooms are good at the upstairs. ”

“Prepaid booking was done in August 2024 for my stay on 9th November. I have sent emails and got booking confirmation and agreement for late check in. Even called their customer care on the day of check in and got confirmation of room. But when I reached the hotel at about 10pm, they denied my check in saying there are no free rooms. After much negotiations with the customer care, they agreed to give another hotel room but on a different location. I had to take a taxi and go to the new place. I had to pay extra amount at the new place for check in and for next day break fast. I have raised the complaint with Agoda through which i had originally booked and waiting for the response.”

“The location is unbeatable. Be sure to ask for a non-smoking room if you don't smoke. The guests tend to be somewhat unruly and the hotel doesn't try to control them. Breakfast spread is very good. Room service rates are quite high. Lots of restaurants nearby - you may want to get your food from there.”
