“Positives- location, value for money, good breakfast limited to idli, vada, Pongal / upma and bread jam. Negatives- cleanliness definitely needs to be improved, cleaning of room while staying, even on request not done, pest control to be done.”

“Everything good except 2 things 1) Check-in took a long wait almost half an hour que and standing in-front of check-in . Is it way to be called as Luxury ? This need improvement 2) We booked Tower with 2 twin bed but we were forced to stay at service apartment. So we don't get any hotel experience. Since we are very tired after long travel & also we had an immediate appendment so don't want to make as an issue. We didnt enjoy any Luxury we experience frustration only ? But the property is very good . ”

“Poor rating is only because of the location and topography. This hotel gets cut off if there is rains! I couldn't get to the hotel as the road leading to the hotel was completed flooded. I paid for the hotel and couldn't get to the same. Had to spend for another hotel somewhere else.”
