“The hotel’s cleanliness was too bad. Check out was too late. Even dining hall had a dead cockroach, TV wasn’t working. After complained to staffs, they did replace to another room which was slightly better than the first one but with infant and after a long journey, it was too unpleasant to experience something like that. ”

“We had a pleasant couple stay at this property,the building is new and well-maintained, which added to the comfort. Though the location is a bit inside a street and can be slightly tricky to find, the overall experience was good and peaceful.”

“The hotel has all the opulence of a 5 star hotel. Everything is beautiful and spotlessly clean. But what stands out the most is the hospitality - the staff are super helpful, always looking to see how they can make your stay perfect. They try and fulfil all requests instantly. The buffet breakfast was superb. The other restaurants on their premises are crazy expensive but food is excellent. Room was lovely, with a sea view (we got an upgrade while checking in) and the bathroom was spacious and very well designed. The hotel lobby was spacious with lots of chairs, sofas and tables. We were made comfortable as soon as we entered and our checkin was handled smoothly. Every floor has a floor butler who can be contacted on WhatsApp or through the room service. Ours was Dipankar who was very helpful and was constantly in touch to see if we needed anything. Our request for firmer pillows were fulfilled immediately. Every staff member was pleasant, cheerful and courteous. Checkout was smooth and fuss-free. The front office staff are very cheerful and friendly. The staff at the restaurants were also very quick with the orders and clearing the tables. Every staff member was well trained, pleasant and helpful. We will definitely come back to this hotel. The slightly negative aspect of our stay was that huge tour groups were arriving and leaving every day and flooding the breakfast buffet. That made the hotel feel less exclusive and a bit too crowded. But everything else was great! ”
