“Staff at the door are very courteous, welcoming and always smiling as compared to hotel lobby/reception staff. The reception staff look like they choose their guests. They thought we were Indian because of our physical traits and skin color hence, we were not treated like other guests. They barely had a smile when we checked in. Re-food, we lunched, dine and had breakfast at the hotel and service at the restaurant was excellent nevertheless. Last but not least, the back massage was one of the best i ever had. A note on the room, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the toilet for a 5-star hotel. It was yellowish. ”

“I was looking for single mattress 6*6 They offered two mattress 3*6. Mattress quality needs to be improved. Break fast was good and quality. Good staff. ”

“Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was great, very next to tha Taj, and the cleanliness was top-notch we found the value for money to be just average. The staff was okay but could have been more attentive and responsive. The facilities, unfortunately, fell short of our expectations. Overall, it was an average experience that had highs and low. ”
