“Sonaview compared to many other Dumai hotels, is a step above those. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is so so but the restaurant on the roof level is very good, especially in the evening. A good meal can be had there. The rooms are a little small but clean. A good 0.7 kilometre walk is required before reaching any shops. Note, in Dumai there's literally no footpaths anywhere.”
