“Overall bagus. Building bagus, kamar nyaman, air panas mantap. Ac juga menyala dengan baik, ngga ada bocor sama sekali. Wifi nya lemot baaaanget di lantai 3. Makanya prefer siapkan paket data daripada bergantung sama wifi nya. Kekurangan lagi ada di staff2 nya. Baik penjaga, maupun cleaning service. Loket sering kali tidak ada yang menjaga, penjaga nya juga judes banget ngga ada tuh nyapa customer. Begitupun staff cleaning service nya. Harus saya dulu yang menyapa, itupun tetap ditanggapi dengan tidak ramah. Jadi tolong ya, Bu, staff2 nya diajarkan lagi attitude kepada customer nya.”

“Staff were polite and helpful. Room need upgrade. Move twice at the first floor, cockroaches in both rooms. Then moved to second floor. No cockroaches. ”

“Villa Yosky has two big villas. I booked the floating villa with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a kitchenette. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. In addition, this villa has some shared facilities; a big swimming pool, pond, gazebos, barbeque, and garden. Again, the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The location is in Bogor City, so it is free from puncak traffic. The staff (Bu Ani) is friendly and helpful. To be honest, the villa apung is more like a dormitory for me because there are four entry doors—two entries on the first floor and two doors with two stairs on the second floor. Therefore, we should ensure all entries are locked before bed. The gate was also open. I saw some people walk through that gate (they were not guests from the other villa). You should provide another access for them so that the villa guest feels more private. I was also surprised there were two kids from nowhere. The first kid, without my permission, tried to play with my laptop while I was working on the terrace. Unfortunately, Villa Apung has no private parking facility like the other villa. Therefore, we must park outside, under big trees, and without any proper light. It would be nice if you built a parking facility (inside the gate) for villa apung just like the other villa. Overall, I love Villa Yosky, a clean and comfortable place to stay in Bogor City.”
