“This hotel is located outside the city and it takes about 45 minutes to reach the city center. The room was clean. However, some of the female staff were often outside smoking instead of being at the reception, and they did not answer phone calls. We had to go look for them whenever we needed assistance. There was no air conditioning in the room. I stayed during the first week of May, and the room was very hot. While you can open the windows, the hotel is located near a highway, so the noise is quite loud.”
