“All in all a good stay. But a couple of things. Firstly, I communicated with the hotel to organise a transfer from the airport to the hotel. This was included in the offer. I communicated all relevant details and I received email confirmation that someone would be at arrivals to meet me. However, this was not the case. So I had to contact the hotel again to organise something. I ended up waiting at the airport 90mins, waiting to get picked up. Secondly, I emailed the hotel asking for restaurant recommendations in Conakry. Their initial response was that there was a restaurant at the hotel. When I followed up, they told me to use the internet to find other restaurants. I've never encountered this before, usually, concierges/reception are glad to give recommendations. ”

“I stayed 3 nights at this hotel: - the windows of my room did not close so all the loud noise and smells from the heavy traffic just outside came into my room. - the room did not look at all like the photos. I had to complain to change room because the first room they got me was so small it was fitting only the bed and 50cm around it. - the gym is non existant, three broken machines in a dusty and messy room. - there is no space to be exept the room and the cafeteria downstairs, so everytime i needed to work and wanted to be outside of my small and dark bedroom, I had to go in other hotels around.. ”
