“Stayed here for 2 times at separate occasions due solely to cancellations of flights. Location is nice as it is close to most of the excursion shops and supermarkets. Breakfast was with fine options and its top floor location viewing the icebergs brightened my day. However, staff are less courteous and one tried to trick me to take a taxi to the airport while their next shuttle departure was just 10 minutes later. And at that moment I was not hurry to catch up as my flight was delayed. ”

“The hotel is big and sprawling, like a campus. If they put you in the main building, everything is fine and clean. BEWARE, if they put you in the separate building - it's horrible. MUCH lower quality and it smells like crap. As in human feces. It was absolutely disgusting. Now I know what sleeping in a toilet feels like, and I have a headache and feel nauseous. The staff was great except for the manager, he didnt care to gelp you if you werent in a group. I just don't know why no one has cleaned or maintained that building since the 70s?! ”

“Clean, nice modern room. The staff were great and very helpful. Location is fairly central and walkable to port, city centre and restaurants. Having the Spar grocery next door helps too for snacks and drinks. ”
