“Absolutely lovely venue, very clean all new, extremely helpful staff. Can’t fault the place. Will definitely be coming back again. My only negative if you would like to call it one, I would really have liked to spa or a pool. If it had either of those, I would say the place would be perfect. However, I’m not knocking it it’s an absolutely exceptional place ”

“The room was a decent size with a pleasant bay window. The bathroom was large with a powerful shower, although the shower screen was too small to prevent a significant amount of water going on the floor. We ended up having a bath, which was fine. There was plenty of hot water. The hotel leverages its refurbished rooms in its marketing material. We had one of the chalets which hasn’t been refurbished, hopefully this is next on their to do list. The room wasn’t unpleasant, just a bit tired and shabby. The bed was firm, I can understand how some would find it a bit too firm. It was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. Nice big portions. Decent coffee. No complaints. On checkout we were told that next time we come to ask for one of the newer rooms?”

“A simple, straightforward room, reasonably clean with the usual tea and coffee facilities, but the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. Decent sized bathroom. Quite basic continental breakfast.”
