“최근 이 숙소에서의 숙박은 실망스러웠습니다. 쇼핑하기에는 위치가 괜찮았지만, 가성비가 부족했습니다. 객실 청결도는 크게 부족했고 직원들은 특별히 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 시설은 평범했지만, 특별히 뛰어난 점은 없었습니다. 전반적으로 이곳에서의 경험은 만족스럽지 못했습니다.”

“The members of the staff are very polite and friendly, a special mentioned to Alvaro who made me feel very valued as a guest at arrival. The views, the bar and the surroundings are amazing. My room was big and had everything one could hope for a pleasant evening. The bed extremely comfortable. The only let down was that I booked this venue particularly for the use of the pool and jacuzzi as I was looking for a day of relaxation but at 10am that hope for a quiet enjoyable spa morning was interrupted by group baby swimming lessons. The pool was taken over, the songs still in my head which meant I couldn’t really relax in the jacuzzi or read my book as there was too many people and noise. As cute as it was it was unexpected and disruptive. The changing room was impossible to use as there was mums with the babies on the floor changing them and I couldn’t even walk around, I had to shower and get changed back in my room. If I had known at the point of booking I would probably have made me change my choice of place to stay. Having said that, I do recommend the stay, just check day and timings if using the pool and jacuzzi is part of your plan. ”

“Booked this hotel, their address was in my app, they owners were lovely people, the downstairs of the hotel was lovely, it's a pity that the booking went to the wrong Ashbourne. In another county. Not the owners fault. Meant I got 10% compensation (wow) but was left on my own to find accommodation. The York owners were great in helping me even though it was my problem not theirs. You need to phone hotel to check that you are really booked in their hotel.”
