“Hotel room and staff were fine, however would have expected a little extra based on the price paid. Would have expected a more various breakfast menu, ie no tomatoes, no fried egg only scrambled on the 2nd day,smoked salmon was on the menu at an additional cost of £5.00 would have thought this would be included, also only one bottle of complimentary water was left for the 2nd day in the room and also no coffee or biscuits were replaced small things that make a difference”

“Everything was good, the location, the room was large, the place was spotless, beautifully decorated, with Neflix, modern, bathroom and shower was great. Only one bad point, the self check-in instruction, the password, was a bit confusing and it took me a few minites to figure it out. It was a scary experience especially it was at at late night trying to get in the flat but there was no reception to help you with your problem.”

“I had some complications with my initial booking as the facilities were not clearly outlined on the site. We arrived at the hotel and the lobby area is a little tatty, as if it is between changing hands. However, I have no complaints about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, or the facilities of the room. ”
