“I had a pleasent stay the bed was comfortable and staff were friendly.The room itself is outdated.No air-conditioning luckily its a bad summer in England.The toilet is too close to the shower which made going to the toilet difficult. The one thing i would reccomend is the breakfast which was included in the room rate.”

“Hotel was lovely with good facilities and a fantastic breakfast. Was only a few minutes drive to both Bowness and Ambleside. A great place to stay.”

“Since it was our first time in UK , this was one of our experience we won’t forget . We were getting late , I texted the property in afternoon using local Wi-Fi we will be late beyond 10 pm . No reply or acknowledgement . Evening 9:30 I called borrowing phone from my friend , lady was so rude and denied the check in and refund . It was so ridiculous. We were having dinner in a restaurant and this lady on the phone said , since you guys are having party and she can hear music . I was shocked to hear . I explained her we are having dinner and got late . She didn’t hear anything and was rude . Plus didn’t refund our money . She kept on telling me she has been emailing me . I didn’t receive single email from her . I WOULDN’T Prefer anyone coming from far distance or another country to book it . Very UNWELCOMING ”
