“We had a complimentary upgrade to a seaview small suite which was nice but bathroom needed upgrade no hot water in wash basin,(flow very poor) difficult to shave etc. Shower very dated needs replacing. Unfortunately it was lovely hotel overall but a way up a steep hill so difficult for some older people including us. Would recommend, staff were excellent.”
