“We booked for two adults and three children as we travelled as friends from separate households. We stayed in room 4. Which was a three bedroom apartment with separate kitchen and private bathroom. The rooms were clean, the beds clean and well presented with a balcony of the first double bedroom. The staff were fantastic and helpful especially after there was an incident in the building. It’s centrally located with just a short 3-4 minutes walk from the seafront which was great. It’s a 1 minute walk from the seal sanctuary and a 30 second walk to the bus stop with links straight to butlins/fantasy island and the market. Plenty of little cafes and things around which aren’t too Expensive for the kids. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. I gave facilities 3 starts purely because there was no oven tray for the cooker and no cloths for us to use in order to clean round the kitchen after use and just for the purpose of general cleanliness. Other than that. Fantastic stay, easy check in, lovely little break! Thank you!”

“It's hotel number 8 however I think this is the first pick. I stayed here a single night then came back a few days later. The staff was very friendly especially Linda who is a true gem 💎 of this location. Great food next door with many vegan options at my surprise. Recommend getting a room with a sea view. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again very close to all the attractions and walking distance from the train station. I am an over packer and it wasn't terrible to walk with my ginormous luggage to and from the train station. ”

“Stayed for 2 days, wasn't looking for anything exceptional. Basic room with TV and drink making facilities. Decent bathroom with a bath and shower. Toiletries and towels provided. Friendly, helpful staff. Located directly on the main street which runs adjacent to the beach. ”
