“We enjoyed our stay in this hotel”

“We have stayed in this hotel twice now because the location works well for us close to uni.We thought this time the hotel would have completed the improvements that seem to be going on the last time however this was not the case. Updating needed throughout the hotel. Back bedrooms still looking on to a building site. Work starts at 8am.Air conditioning units very loud. Lighting in room… all on or nothing.Wifi hit and miss. Very little parking available…. not guaranteed. Single beds very small. ”

“One of the best hotels in Oxford. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant and all the food we ordered were delicious and with reasonable price. Service and amenities were above standard. Would be even better if the reception staff could explain more clearly what the extra service charge is about. ”
