“Despite the absence of the air conditioner and a broken window that was hard to open in the room 16 , the rest was not bad. The reception staff and housekeeping ladies are super gentle! Please fill up the soap in bathrooms in reservoirs!!! ”

“Was a lovely room we had in the continental sweet. Only bad things to say was no breakfast included and can get quiet noisy on the front with traffic but apart from that the stay was lovely. The beds are so comfy! Great big bath & not to noisy from other rooms. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The room are old with damage furniture. Safe broken, light not working. Noisy room facing an ugly abandoned building. The breakfast is average. No croissant, no special bread, no fresh juice. The lady at the reception and for breakfast during WE is rude and unfriendly. When you do the check out they keep your deposit until they ate sure that the room is OK and tmyou don't receive the final bill immediately, means you cannot control what you have to pay. Only after a few hours you will received it by email. I forgot to mentioned that the room AC is Noisy and they is a bad smell in the room and you cannot open the windows.”

“The room is a good size. Communal kitchen and breakfast is good. Bathroom had some mould in the shower and the taps didn't work too well. The cold kept getting stuck. The room was too warm. Check in was not professional at all. I got checking instruction the day after I checked in. Staff not very professional ”
