“The hotel staff were particularly friendly and helpful at all times. There were two things that could be changed. No WIFI is a real pain, Surely it would not cost that much to have WIFI all the time. This facility is very important for guests. There is a lot of rubbish lying around at the back of the hotel near the car park. It looks really unattractive and also could attract rodents. ”

“I was greeted with a friendly face- Sebastian who made me the most amazing hot chocolate, a Nutella hot chocolate! Well deserved after a long plane journey! He very sweet and accommodating as well as the other staff and not to forget the complementary cocktail given to me too! Spoiled much! The room was nice and clean, although the bathroom had a horrible sewage like smell which was smelt throughout the room if the bathroom door was left open, did not want to make a complaint about it because in general was a lovely stay! The facilities were amazing in the chill out space, would stay again but maybe a room without such a horrid smell! ”
