“Overall the stay was wonderful! Although upon arrival for check in at just past 15:00 our room yet to be ready, the stuff was kind and friendly and the room was prepared for us within about 15 minutes. I personally find it a bit strange that the rooms are not ready for stated on record guest check in time, especially if we had arrive on time and not asking to accommodate an early check in, but waiting for 15 minutes wasn't that horrible taking in mind we are in one of the most beautiful cities in the world and the location of the hotel is outstanding for roaming the center. The room I booked was Carriage Queen Room, but we got a completely different style of room- it was beautiful and clean, but not at all what I saw on the photos while placing an order (was expecting to get a room in a style which appealed to me from the begin with and I placed an order for...) Nevertheless, the room we got was nice and I would't make a fuss about it. The food at breakfast was lovely. They had maintenance going on on our floor through the entire stay, but that wasn't loud or disturbing at all. Overall a wonderful stay in an amazing location and I would definitely recommend! ”
