“The hotel is basic, functional and well located being within a short walking distance of the city centre. Parking is payable through a separate provider which was a bit of a pain, but close to the hotel and seemed relatively safe. Would definitely consider using it again on my next visit to the city if the price was still competitive.”

“Rooms clean and tidy,staff courteous friendly and helpful. Coffee machine not working, supplied coffee from bar. Shower good , but when full on started to overflow. When drain to shower inspected it hadn't been cleaned. Had to stop shower and re start when some of the water had partially drained.”

“Visited with a friend to explore Birmingham for 2 days. Not too far from the city center but the 15-20 minute walk to major malls can be a lot in -3 degree weather. The hotel room was quite small but very clean. Good enough if you won't be staying inside for long and just looking for a good night's sleep. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.”
