“The price i paid for a single room was excessive. And I asked for a late check-out which was agreed but on the day they said they had reached their quota fro the day and couldn't honour it. There also wasn't bottled water in the room or a fridge. It doesn't sound great, but that isn't fair as the room was lovely, staff pleasant and a great location.”

“Buena ubicación: zona norte, el bus del aeropuerto para justo al lado, muy cerca de pubs High St., 10min a City Hall. Habitación correcta, con todo lo necesario, baño nuevo y amplio. Radiador que se podía regular. Sólo la cama era algo estrecha (105cm) y contra la pared. Desayuno muy agradable, en una cocina compartida para cada planta: tostadas, cereales, fruta, bollería, café, zumos... todo lo necesario. Nada más reservar, recibí un correo con todos los pormenores perfectamente explicados. El personal fue muy amable, especialmente Ana, portuguesa que se esforzaba por hablarnos en español. Pudimos dejar el equipaje tanto el día de entrada como el de salida. Precio algo elevado (75€/n) pero de lo mejor de Belfast.”

“The reception was very hospitable and friendly. They were very attentive to our needs. Room is clean and breakfast was good. Our booked taxi on the day we checked out was caught in the morning traffic. The reception took the trouble to keep on contacting the driver to make sure that we would not miss our flight. A kind gesture. ”
