“Amazing place with self check in. Very clean rooms and common areas. Kitchen and the dining area were immaculate and you have everything you need including cutlery, pans, plates, glasses, stove, washing machine, fridge etc. Very friendly owner. Highly recommended. Only concern is there's only one bathroom for all 5 rooms and it could be bit busy in the morning. We woke up early and sorted ourselves before anyone so it wouldn't affect our timings. And also luckily we had decent, clean neighbors during our stay. Walk to the city takes around 25 mins. Other than the washroom and the distance to city, this place is really good. ”

“Easy to access to town center, there are choices for breakfast and fruit and yogurt as well ”

“A very good value compared to hotels closer to City Centre. The slight downside is that The Gregory is about a 1.4 mile walk which was ok if the weather was good. Since it rained much of the two days, we taxied to and fro on a couple of occasions. ”

“Decent hotel if your not looking for anything fancy. Rooms/bed comfortable. Pleasantly surprised to see iron/ironing board in room. Check in was seemless. plenty of car parking spaces. Generous breakfast. very good value. only 20 minute walk from city hall. plenty of bars /restaurants nearby in Botanic and ormeau road. Friendly staff. Oh also a decent gym. only negative is that there was a glass sitting outside our room door when we arrived there and it was still sitting there 2 days later when we checked out. Same outside other doors. only a small thing but still should be sorted.”
