“Initially we were allocated a room that was not satisfactory to us on a tour of UK & Europe, more suitable for a conference guest. The main light switch to bathroom was not working, nor the exhaust fan was working, this had been the situation for sometime as the bathroom door was swollen from the moisture & difficult to open & close. The hand basin had large cracks in it with mould forming in the crack. We spoke to reception and were relocated to a more satisfactory room .”
