“Decent hotel if your not looking for anything fancy. Rooms/bed comfortable. Pleasantly surprised to see iron/ironing board in room. Check in was seemless. plenty of car parking spaces. Generous breakfast. very good value. only 20 minute walk from city hall. plenty of bars /restaurants nearby in Botanic and ormeau road. Friendly staff. Oh also a decent gym. only negative is that there was a glass sitting outside our room door when we arrived there and it was still sitting there 2 days later when we checked out. Same outside other doors. only a small thing but still should be sorted.”

“We checked in on December the 31st 2023 for our 1 night stay. The lady at the reception was very friendly, professional and helpful and got us checked in on-time. Our room was on the 6th floor, was very clean and had everything we'd need for our stay. The bathroom was spotless and had a bath and shower, which was a great surprise and both the bath as well as the shower were out of this world: só good 👍 The location is right in the city centre, which was excellent. The only little tiny minus was that they don't provide a full breakfast option. But due to the location, there are plenty other restaurants, etc, so that wasn't a big problem.”

“The price i paid for a single room was excessive. And I asked for a late check-out which was agreed but on the day they said they had reached their quota fro the day and couldn't honour it. There also wasn't bottled water in the room or a fridge. It doesn't sound great, but that isn't fair as the room was lovely, staff pleasant and a great location.”
