“We checked in on December the 31st 2023 for our 1 night stay. The lady at the reception was very friendly, professional and helpful and got us checked in on-time. Our room was on the 6th floor, was very clean and had everything we'd need for our stay. The bathroom was spotless and had a bath and shower, which was a great surprise and both the bath as well as the shower were out of this world: só good 👍 The location is right in the city centre, which was excellent. The only little tiny minus was that they don't provide a full breakfast option. But due to the location, there are plenty other restaurants, etc, so that wasn't a big problem.”

“The price i paid for a single room was excessive. And I asked for a late check-out which was agreed but on the day they said they had reached their quota fro the day and couldn't honour it. There also wasn't bottled water in the room or a fridge. It doesn't sound great, but that isn't fair as the room was lovely, staff pleasant and a great location.”

“We got a very reduced price on our booking under the condition that we couldn't choose our room. We were very happy with what we got but I have to say that the shower was not a 5* hotel standard (no water pressure at all and the main shower head was broken). The breakfast included with the room was good but the coffee was horrible. Try to avoid 10-11am breakfast because it is crowded and you will have to wait in line for a table.”

“Great place and location. Only warning is there are two Hiltons in the city centre so be sure where you are booked. Also, the booking was filed under my middle name so initially we thought the booking was lost! The great staff kept looking and found it to our great relief. ”

The facilities were great, especially the gym which had modern equipment. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.
