“Overall the hotel had a good location , the breakfast spread was superb , the staff though were not as helpful. I reported that I got beaten several times on several sites on both right and lower extremities but they were defensive and dismissed my claims. They told me they have consulted experts and that they dont have a bedbug problem and that I may have been beaten by spiders or other insects. Still there was a problem and they did not do anything or even entertain me and just told me that they dont have a bedbug problem. But I have at least 7 bite sites in both my right and left lower extremities. So avoid the second floor specifically room 208. ”
