“I was surprised to discover that there are 2 Omena Hotels in Turku. This should have been clearly stated. As an overseas tourist not knowing meant google maps sent me to the wrong location.To add to my problems I had no idea about receiving an sms code. With an overseas mobile I was unable to receive the message. The information was on the site when I retrospectively checked but Agoda could have clearly stated what a contactless check in was and asked if I wanted the code sent by email or sms. From Australia roaming charges are too high to keep the same mobile number.”

“The hotel was exceptionally clean with outstanding staff. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast was delightful. The location was a little bit far from the city center, but you can use bus or scooter. Overall, a wonderful experience.”
