“Hotel is located in the middle of Jyväskylä.. The actual location cannot be better if you want to stay in city center. Parking can be found very close too. There is no reception or staff available for check-in. The hotel requires government id before checking so make sure to contact the hotel directly via phone regarding these. After that they will provide access codes that allows access to the building and room. Not the fanciest but had all basic amenities. Again, location was great!”

“Reserving with Agoda, we never got our email to check in via the self service computer, so it was stressful trying to sort it out - if you are reserving for this, make sure you can check in by 18:00. The facilities are simple, bare bones, for the price it's fine. The parking underneath is open to the elements and your car WILL not start if it's brutally cold - use the garage next door. Everything is as it looks, bed is ok, only one pillow per bed, decent water pressure. ”
