“We rented two of the three-bedroom apartments during our recent stay in Valencia (#5 and #8). There were several highlights including the fact that both apartments were superbly renovated and very clean. It was extremely hot while we were there, and the AC units worked wonderfully. The building manager / host was very communicative and just a quick WhatsApp away if any questions arose. The location was great and walking distance to wonderful restaurants, co-working spaces, playgrounds and public transportation. Note there is no elevator, and the stairs with luggage was no joke. That said, there was someone there to help us with our bags both up and down the stairs. Finally, our children (aged 3 and 5) were warmly welcomed with little gifts. We would absolutely stay at Valencia Apartamentos Goya again if our travels brought us back to town.”

“酒店挺新，设施看起来还不错，房间大小也OK。位置离历史街区虽然稍微远了点，但也是步行可达的，而且因为位于年轻人聚集的Ruzafa，附近很多餐馆、酒吧，整体还算方便。性价比还行，主要是旺季真的什么酒店道不便宜。 ”

“We were greeted in a very friendly way, our IDs and registration done in record time and off we went. The family room is great and even had a small terrace. The rooms were clean, the bathroom had shampoo and towels, the kids' room, with the 2 single beds was a nice distance away, with their own TV. There was a refrigerator, an electric heater, blinds, courtains, etc. We were very happy with our stay and would consider returning on any trip back to Valencia.”
