“+ Staff is very responsive, communication was no issue + everything was very clean both in the room and in the shared bathrooms + area is very nice and quiet - the room was a bit cold and I wish we had some more blankets to warm up - the wifi and the mobile data coverage were quite poor so we weren't able to connect to the internet most of the time - sound proofing between the rooms is not great and we could hear the very noisy British guys in the room next to us a lot ”
