“We got a 1 bedroom apartment and was happily surprised the that the twin beds were actually pull out beds from under the couches. We initially thought the kids were going to be sleeping on a futon. The location is central to a lot of restaurants, markets and walking distance to Playa Cala Galdana. The beach itself wasn't as beautiful as I had read it to be and it was very crowded and difficult to find parking (in high season). It depends on the kind of traveler you are. The pool area was nice and my children enjoyed playing in it every day were there.”

“It was a mixed experience. Food/restaurant staff was incredible but check in/reception staff at hotel and housekeeping; and massage therapist didn’t acknowledge my request for more pressure, scolded me and then tried to upcharge me. Roman bath circuit was worth it but that’s about it.”

“The Hotel is in the best location right in the old town, we were able to park for free, a short walk away. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. 5 stars all the way!”
