“My stay was really nice, staff was polite and let me stay for my early flight in lobby, good options for breakfast. All food points , restaurants and clubs were 5 minutes by foot. I recommend this hotel”

“Stayed here many times before however this time it took us over an hour to check in and one of the rooms wasn’t ready. The queue was long with only 2 staff and they didn’t seem to have any type of system. ”

“The hotel upgraded us to an ocean-view room; everyone was kind and helpful. It was quite busy and tough to get poolside seating unless you woke up and held a spot early, but other than that, we had a lovely time. ”

“We do like this place but a few things went wrong this time. Coffee machine didn't work, air con didn't work, TV didn't work for almost a day, staff cleaned half the room once, got a bottle of wine that broke and glass flew off into my leg when opened by a member of staff and the glass fell into the bottle and was offered the same bottle to drink which we refused, then a different warm bottle came up. Not sure if we'd stay now after returning 6 weeks after our first time cos we love it, pool was also artic cold, strange as you'd think with them closing over the winter they would have a heated pool for a few weeks seen as it is their main attraction. Food is dire, nothing labelled, flies all over, all style no substance, anything we did try to eat was freezing cold and the coffee was so bitter.”
