“He estado tres veces en este hotel y cada vez me gusta más,... ubicación inmejorable pues es muy cómodo para moverte por la zona, sin atascos, nada más salir de la autovía, con gran zona de aparcamiento. El personal muy empatico y colaborador. El hotel muy limpio y el bufef con calidad de los platos, no muchos lo cual es mejor, pues repito muy buena elaboración.”

“Volveré a alojarme en este hotel. Pero nunca volveré a cenar allí. La estupenda, gran e impecable habitación contrasta con la nefasta cena. Un salón abarrotado con olor a paella y fideua. Con muy poca variedad de comida y peor sabor, por no hablar del servicio, que sólo se encargaban de la bebida y fue pésimo. El spa pequeño, que no es un spa, es una piscina con agua caliente, no funcionaba casi nada. Dicho esto si no contratas el spa ni la cena, el alojamiento es extraordinario y sorprendente su desayuno que contrasta y mucho con la cena, todo lo que puedas imaginar y con gran calidad.”

“Overall nice hotel. WiFi very hit and miss, certainly needs looking at. Also an issue with my keycard, needed to visit reception 2 sometimes 3 times a day for it to be reset. Room cleaned everyday, breakfast was good unsure on other meals or the hotel bar as I never used them. ”

“At our arrival we wanted to park the car at the parking spot of the hotel (which we couldn’t find and obviously had to find before going into the hotel to leave the car there). They greeted us in most unfriendliest way and treated us derogatory for absolutely no reason. They acted like they’re superior and talked in a humiliating way with us in a very annoyed and arrogant way. All three mens behaviour at the reception (Isreal was the worst by far) was unacceptable. We could complain for hours about the staff… just a no-go for a hotel receptionist. The room smelled horrible. We couldn’t close our window properly. The bathroom smelled and wasn’t even clean (stains on the shower curtain, bath tub was dirty…). One of the beds was completely wiggling and not safe at all- the furniture feet were all wiggly and not secured. The breakfast was okay but there wasn’t any kind of cheese which was for us vegetarians pretty annoying. Also there were no fresh vegetables for breakfast.”
