“We went thinking that it would be nice but like a normal hotel. However, the experience was much greater! They were suple flexible asking when we would arrive and having our room ready way earlier than their actual checkin time. They also supported us in a personal issue (we lost my ID, and they printed it, and helped reporting the lost). They were super proactive all the way. They gifted us a bottle of wine in the room bc of my boyfriend's birthday, a champagne in the dinner plus all the employees giving a nice greeting. It's very visible how much effort they put to make you feel great and enjoy the time there. The breakfast and dinner are free buffets with all the options you need to eat something delicious and different everyday. The hotel also offers a place were you can work or have meetings, a small but nice spa, TV room and even a gym. The rooms are cleaned every day. Super recomendable, we would return!”
