“I booked a room with air-condition facility when I arrived to check in the receptionist told me that all rooms have no air conditioners they have fans only , the hostel is in old building and unclean, the hostel is in the 3rd. Floor and the elevator is not working all the time I refused to check in and left with my family. It was bad experience.”
