“The staff are wonderful and everyone we dealt with had English. Our room had good wifi, power outlets, and a modern bathroom. There's a bit of road noise in the morning. Parking isn't free.”

When I had to leave to the airport., Carlota arranged a taxi for me with a trusted driver Freddy, cheaper than your normal taxi. Be nice to the staff and they'll go great lengths to help you. absolutely great customer service, made me feel so welcome :)”

“Beautiful views and very friendly staff. Room was fine, though the shower didn’t really have hot water….lukewarm at best. It’s the one thing that could be improved, otherwise a very nice option for someone staying in Quito.”
