“we had issues in trying to lock our room. the staff who is actually nice n helpful does not speak english so it was rather challenging to communicate. we were also told that "all rooms are like that: cannot be locked" so we were rly surprised. this 'hotel' is really a house unit n located in residential area so it's pretty far from bus stops or commercial area - so forget about wanting to buy food or others once u reach n arrive in the facility. another down side is the fact that the internet connection was really poor - it was unstable, n if it was connecting it was pretty weak. same thing: when we reported this to the staff, she couldnt provide any satisfying response - not just because of the lack of communication skill / english language but also bca apparently there was no one else during that time (we arrived at around 8pm) that could help her (was expecting some IT guy or engineering guy but apparently none). must admit though that the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. the heater was not working really well, we're a bit cold, but i guess thats also bcs we re from 2-seasons country, n it was just at the end of winter n the beginning of spring, at the time of our stay, with around 8degree celsius. ”
