“We arrived at around 8pm to be told the underground car park was full and we were advised by reception to find somewhere to park in a neighbouring street. We were looking forward to having a drink in the hotel bar, only to be told that it was closed to hotel guests due to an international event taking place (we weren't warned of this in advance and the bar and whole downstairs area was packed with people). So we decided just to go the room and watch some TV but we couldn't get the Chromecast on the TV to work, despite following the instructions exactly multiple times. There wasn't any room service available, the mattress was a little uncomfortable due to being two single mattresses pushed together rather than a double one, and in the morning we wanted to go out to the balcony to admire the sunrise but unfortunately the door to the balcony was locked shut at the bottom! On the positive side there was a small free Minibar in the room with one beer and a number of non-alcoholic drinks which we enjoyed. Also the shower was hot and powerful. All in all underwhelming considering the amount we paid, particularly as we couldn't take advantage of all the facilities (like the bar and the TV in the room).”

“Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour visiter les marchés de Noël. L’hôtel est bien situé tout près de la station de tram ce qui permet d’accéder facilement au centre ville. La chambre était propre, on avait chaud, on a dormi la fenêtre ouverte. La literie très bien. Le personnel très bien. Heureusement que l’hôtel était bien car le marché de Noël en lui même sans intérêt. J’ai trouvé que c’était pas bien fréquenté .. le petit déjeuner bien. ”

“Nice hotel Friendly staff Bunk beds is a nice idea. Not suitable for smaller kids where the excitement for those beds are high only for older kids (i would guess age 10+) Overall nice and clean hotel ”

“I had paid my room charge to Agoda.. but I was billed by the hotel again due to the mistake of the staffs.. they told me everything will be refunded after I check out but I was still charged on my credit card.. they just don’t care & lazy to follow up ”
