“I understand this has been an issue for a while and whilst the poor (somewhat mature) bellboy was happy to take our cases up to the 6th floor in the staff lift It did make me wonder why the hotel occupants were not able to use them Thankfully we only had to walk upstairs a few times as only there for one night That said it was a pleasant stay ”
