“Just checkin process was confused. They did not provide the description of how to check in and we were standing pretty long (very cool) in front of the door. But we called and they supported immediately. I hope they do not forget to send that anything guests need. Place was so warm and cozy and clean. And the view of window was so cute :)”

“Very modern hotel right on the edge of the beautiful Baden Baden. Very limited parking on site that needs to be booked in advance. Failing that there is a multi story car park about 150 metres away which cost about €20 for 24 hours. I would definitely stay again ”

“Location is unbeatable to visit the spas . You wear a robe , go down the elevator and thru parking garage to enter Caracalla Therme . Fredrichsbad is thru garage also and up some stairs . Doesn't get any easier . Behind hotel is a lovely walking path to visit castles , fields & forest . Down the street is the Casino . This hotel has it all . Staff is beyond friendly & so accomodating . Breakfast is fresh , plentiful & delicious . I can not say enough positive things about this hotel . It really is a gem . ”
