“We booked because of the beautiful rooftop pool and restaurant, only to find it was under renovation. Not only that, but also the spa was closed - a competent management would at least keep some facilities open, but apparently guest experience doesn't matter at all. There was no email advising me of this, and no opportunity to cancel after they had effectively sold me an inferior product. When I asked about it at reception, the receptionist didn't even apologise, much less offer some form of compensation. So, unless you're booking the same day, don't bother with this place. ”

“I made a booking in the hotel via Agoda for one night and in the invoice for Agoda they had mentioned hotel charges and other taxes . However during check in the person at the reception asked me to pay taxes for the hotel and I was surprised to see it and he claimed that's it's a mandatory procedure . Me being a foreigner was left with no choice but to go ahead and pay the taxes .. This issue of the taxes paid to Agoda and then again paid at the hotel should be clearly mentioned in invoice and should be addressed . The other staff at the hotel were very friendly and their hospitality was very good . The food also was decent .”
