“Greetings, I had the pleasure of staying at the PL for over a week. Pros: •Excellent staff, multilingual and friendly •Location, in the proximity of many places to eat, typically safe to walk around area during the day, quite close to parks as well. Cons: •While not completely a con, hot water is not always available for bathing; however, it is generally a hot climate in Cali year-round. •Wi-fi may be spotty at times. Overall: Would I return? “hotel en remodelación a enceres y habitaciones mas modernos, las habitaciones son cómodas y bastante amplias y nos dieron gusto con una habitación en un piso alto lo cual fue genial, por mejorar los servicios adicionales del spa y otras actividades, la nevera minibar funcionaba pero no tenia elementos para consumir lo cual se agradece en la próxima estancia en general nos gusto y claro que volveríamos.”
