“I’ve visited China at least five times, and the service at this hotel is by far the best I’ve experienced. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and perfectly made beds. As I had some difficulty reading Chinese, Susie from the Front Office went above and beyond to help me book taxis and even wrote a small card to ensure we were headed to the correct location. The hotel staff were all friendly, approachable, and truly attentive. While the location is a bit far from downtown, I believe no other hotel offers better value than Courtyard Bao'an!! ”
