“the hotel has exclusive access to part of the beach, and the beach has nice sand and very clean. Good room, big and clean and nice view Hotel restaurants are so far so good. Not a lot of indoor children play area.”

“우리는 다시 머물기로 했으나 그날 밤 북동쪽에서 바람이 불기 시작했습니다. 바람이 너무 강해서 유리 미닫이문이 앞뒤로 부딪혀서 매우 시끄러워서 나갈 때 프론트에 알렸습니다. 직원은 우리가 돌아오면 관리 직원에게 알려서 방을 점검할 수 있다고 했습니다. 결국 호텔이 너무 바빠서 그냥 놔두었습니다. 다음날 프런트 데스크에 전화해서 체크아웃 시간 연장을 요청하세요. 체크아웃 시간은 14:00까지 연장됩니다. 호텔이 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다. 강풍이나 강한 북풍에만 영향을 받을 수 있으므로 평소 숙박 중에는 바람이 많이 불지 않으므로 영향이 크지 않을 것입니다. ”

“this is my second visit to the hotel. The breakfast is nice and there are much choices of foods. the dumplings are yummy. However, hotel room was noisy, near the construction site and operate until night... Moroever, when check in, the staff didnt give two key cards, and ask us to take one later. however, the card machine is out of order and unable to take it . It is better to do the keycard in one time to save my valuable time. ”

“Cassie could not really check us in after 5pm. She didn’t ask for consent for photo copying our IDs and said to us “if you really mind us having your ID documents, here I will just return you the photo copy of it!” Making it sound very rude and blaming on us not knowing the culture. She then apologied a bit nonstop with an insincere and sarcastic tone which makes it worse and unprofessional. In addition, there’s no explanation about my stay with breakfast purchased nor introduction of the resort activities. It seems that she mainly wanted to dismiss us due to the holiday crowds. But that doesn’t justify what she did. In a great contract, Mike checked us in immediately around 5pm and trying to call us, and swiftly offered us a good late check out. He even offered complimentary breakfast. ”
