“Secluded location but very beautiful part of thousand island lake .. do not need to get out of resort for beautiful views and can take boat to see the island ( 黄山尖） .. staff exceptionally nice .. my husband got bitten by insect during our excursion and we ask staff if there are any pharmacies nearby to buy ointment but guess what .. the duty manager immediately bring the powder to treat insect bites and disinfectant ( very effective !) to our room ! Very thankful for their attentiveness. Only area to suggest for improvement could be to improve F&B offerings for lunch and dinner .. maybe have southern Chinese or northern Chinese cuisine .. the breakfast is very nice though 😃”

“We booked a room with a lake view, but when we checked in, the receptionist said we booked a room with a garden view. When we checked the order again the next day, the lake view had changed to a mountain view. The order without the spirit of contract made us feel sad. By the way，the terrible sanitary conditions of the balcony and unsatisfied room soundfroofing make our New Year's Eve really unhappy. Also, if you plan to photo a sunrise this hotel is not a wise choice as the mountains in the southeast block the views. However, it is still a good place to see sunset.”
