“The first customer service person I talked to on the phone to get access code to the unit was rude and didn’t help at all in helping me verify my Identity. She says my booking ID wasn’t in the system, couldn’t find my name, my phone number or anything. I called back again and got a different person on the phone and she wasn’t able amazing. She asked me a few questions and had me verified and sent me an email with access code for the rental townhouse. The townhouse exceeded my expectations. It’s was perfect. ”

“The hotel room was in the center of all activities. You could not get any closer. Save $20 and park in the free lot is right across the street. Maybe only free and convenient in summer months but definitely worth it”
