“Overall Bentleys is a fun place to stay and the location can't be beat! Wifi was a little iffy at times and required us to use the QR code on the TV to access it-- then the access provided was for the wrong room. The staff at check in was preoccupied with restaurant duties so they didn't share much information with us and not too helpful with wifi questions. (We figured it out). Car had to be parked about a block away in the garage of an apartment building - inconvenient fo luggage, but not a big deal since everyone walks everywhere in Stratford anyway. ”

“Did not have our Agoda reservation in their system. BW provided a transitional room since they could not find the reservation u til the issue could be resolved. I had to call Agoda Customer Service to resolve situation. Once they found it, rather than letting us stay in the room, they made us move to a different room! Talk about ridiculousness and poor training! The only thing we had done in the transitional room was place our luggage in it. To make matters worse, they had charged my credit card, which upon arrival home had gone through, rather than being removed/reversed. At checkout i inquired about the “pending” charge and was informed that it would be removed. I called yesterday to have it removed and the front end clerk “didn’t know how to remove it” and suggested I call back to speak with the front end manager today to have it resolved. Thus, does the story end with the charges removed, or do I have to dispute the charges throuythe credit card?”

“Pros: provided complimentary services like pop, coffee, bottled water and boxed breakfast. Checked in before supposed time. No keys needed, using password for the entrance. Cons: the room is too small, especially the washroom. The toilet is barely fit in and right against the wall. Terrible design. The smallest washroom ever. The bedding sheets are made from polyester and caused severe static. No space for luggage service, need to leave it at another hotel hundreds of metres away. ”
