“We were staying for a couple of nights, and though it's a visibly older hotel everything during the stay was great - the room was clean, the beds were comfy, the pool was of the decent size and deep enough. The hot breakfast had plenty of options, varied between days and was of good quality. The staff was quick and efficient, the parking had ample space. The only thing to improve was the hot tub - the air blower was broken and didn't work.”

Further, helped connect with management to store lobsters over night to save them. Just another example of the small actions that make a big difference.
