“We stayed there for 4 nights in March. It was good. We used pool two times and all was clean. just they don't have shower there. breakfast was fine for 3 star hotel. it was some how far from Toronto down town, but Premium Outlet was so close and was a good place for shopping. room was clean and I got all I asked, like extra sheets and blankets. Room Facilities were great. we enjoyed with our kids. The price was reasonable . ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Glenerin with a slight exception. We called one night to order room service and were told that the kitchen was closed for orders without any explanation. This was at approximately 8pm, however, the menu says room service is available until 8:30Pm. It's fine if the kitchen is already overwhelmed with orders or if they stop taking orders at a certain time, but please let your guests know. Otherwise, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the Inn is beautiful; it would be great for a wedding or event.”

“Overall a decent stay. Need to work a little more on cleaning. Found hair in bathroom when i checked in plus old receipts near the sofa corners. ”

“This is sandman in dixie road, not the one in dixon road so i suggest the hotel should add a label in their name like sandman signature dixie rd hotel to avoid confusion. The suite we had was spacious with living room and mini kitchen. I asked for kettle and i initially was not provided bec it is only for full kitchen. But afterwards, they send us kettle after we had trouble with the coffee maker. The beds, pillows and covers are soft and sleeping is a breeze. We suggest also to put the door tag behind the door so that it is easily seen by the guests to hang on the door when leaving for make up. We werent able to put the tag out bec the 1 we found by the knob is dont disturb. Also there are no porters so be ready to load and push the trolley by yourself. Overall it was a good stay but far feom downtown. We booked it bec our pick up point for a 3d tour to quebec is near the area. You have to take uber to go to downtown to save time”
